Küllo Arjakas

 Küllo Arjakas and Alain Mazauric were put in touch with each other by a mutual friend, during which, Küllo mentioned the book La Baltique by Louis Léouzon Le Duc (1855) which introduces Eesti omariikluse mõte esimest korda trükisõnas (The idea of Estonian statehood for the first time in print).

Alain then found the book in France and sent it, as well as helping Küllo with his article appearing in Postimees in 2012 describing the importance of this work.

This year the two met again and Alain donated original personal letters by the author to the Tallinn Archive. Below is the response to Les Amis de Tallinn by Küllo.
